What happens if I can't assemble the chandelier?
All our articles come with an instruction leaflet for their assembly and connection to the electricity mains. In the event of problems or doubts, we recommend you consult an electrician.
What happens if I open the package and something is broken?
Simply contact us telling us which piece is broken and we will send you a new one as soon as possible.
What guarantees does the company offer for the finishing?
Our products are gold-plated, chrome-plated or nickel-plated on-site and are then varnished to prevent stains or rust.
What guarantees do I have for the electric parts?
Our products are certified by the best international institutes (IMQ for Italy, VDE for Germany, UL for the United States).
